Commercial Lines Insurance Manager and new business

David started in the insurance industry in 2007, eventually purchasing Papineau Insurance from his parents Russell and Ethyl Papineau.

David owns and operates the agency with his wife Regan and concentrates primarily on commercial clients.

David spent 10 years on the board of directors for the Professional Insurance Agents of ND and served as President in 2021.

David is currently the president of the Tioga Chamber of Commerce.
